City Architectural maintains ARB & RIBA approved professional indemnity insurance with 'Saturn', a subsidiary of Royal & Sun Alliance Plc. Our policy is reviewed regularly to ensure all projects and services are adequately insured.

Anyone practising under the title 'Architect' in the UK must be registered with the Architects Registration Board and should not undertake professional work without adequate and appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover. They are also required to maintain a run-off cover for a minimum of 6 years after ceasing to practice
